session laws 〈美〉州议会法律汇编 指州立法机关在一年或两年一次的会议期间所制定的法律的汇编。因此它区别于州法的编纂或修订〔compiled laws or revised statutes〕。通常州议会法律汇编在立法机关会期内是以小册子形式按时间先后出版，尔后在会议结束时按制定顺序汇集成更长久的形式。此外，州议会法律汇编也汇集入州和联邦经过注释或没有注释的法律出版物之中。
